By accessing or using the Zeltopos mobile application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zeltopos is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) and business management platform that allows merchants to:

Sell products and services
Accept payments via cash and QR code (Paystack)
Manage inventory and invoices
Track transactions and business performance

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payments and Fees

Payments processed through the Service are handled by Paystack. Zeltopos does not store your card details.

Transaction fees may apply based on Paystack's pricing
Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed as displayed in the app
You are responsible for all taxes related to your business

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
Upload malicious or harmful content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in unlawful activities.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zeltopos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
